Bingocams allows you to take control through our 'Play Safe' tools. You can review your Responsible Gambling settings by selecting the Play Safe option from the account menu. From our Play Safe page, you can instantly update your Deposit Limits, Reality Check or set a Self Exclusion. Other options, such as wagering limits and time-outs, can be arranged through our Community Support team, who are available seven days a week via Live Chat.
To help you stay within your budget, we have various deposit limit options available. You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account.
Our deposit limits work on a "rolling period" basis. For example, if you have a £20 daily deposit limit and make a deposit of £20 today at 10 am, you will not be able to deposit again until tomorrow at 10 am.
To apply a deposit limit, log in to your account and select the Play Safe option from the account menu.
You can change your deposit limits at any time; reducing a deposit limit will apply immediately on your account but increasing or removing a deposit limit is subject to a 24 hour 'cooling off' period, after which you must confirm the limit change on login to take effect.
If you would like to talk to someone about deposit limits or need help setting them up, pop across to our live help team or drop us an email.
We offer Time Out periods of 24 hours, one week, one month or any other reasonable period up to a maximum of 6 weeks. During this time, you will not be able to reopen or access your account, and we will, through all methods available to us, endeavour to prevent you from playing via another account. A Time Out can be requested by emailing email@example.com or via our Live Help service. Our Community Support team will confirm when your chosen Time Out period is active.
We can display a periodic in-game notification informing you about your profit/loss over that time. This 'reality check' will suspend play and give you the option to continue playing or end your session. The Reality Check is set every hour by default; this interval can be amended via the Play Safe page.
Please note that the reality check interval is applied to individual gaming sessions rather than your login session. The timer will begin when a game is loaded and end when the game is closed.
At Bingocams, we offer exclusion periods from six (6) months up to permanent exclusion. If you apply a self-exclusion to your account, your account will be immediately suspended, and you will not be able to login or play for the period requested. We will also take every step possible to ensure that any other accounts you hold across our brands will also be self-excluded within 24 hours.
Applying an exclusion on our website is a significant first step. Still, we also advise that you visit GAMSTOP, the UK's national online self-exclusion scheme, and register your details to ensure you are blocked across all UK regulated online gambling operators.
If you wish to reopen your account after your exclusion has expired, you may request this by contacting our Community Support team. Reopening an excluded account is subject to a 24 hour cooling off period to allow you to consider whether you wish to continue and cancel the request before access is given. You can only make this request to reopen once an active exclusion on your account has expired, and the reopening of any account will be subject to further review by our Operations team. Any request to reopen made whilst an exclusion is active will be rejected.
To apply a Self-Exclusion, simply log in to your account visit the Responsible Gambling page, or contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org
We offer options to set wagering, loss and session limits to help further ensure that you play within your limits. Please contact our Community Support team for more information.
Gambling should be treated as a pleasurable pastime and should NEVER be seen as a way to make money. Whilst the vast majority do gamble within their means, for some, gambling can become challenging to control. To help you remain in control of your gambling, please remember:
- Keep track of your spending and maintain a budget
- Only use funds you can afford to lose (or are happy to use to gamble without resulting in unpaid bills or debts)
- Avoid chasing your losses
- To help manage your spending, add a deposit limit to your account
- You can always take a break. Contact our Community Support team if you would like to arrange this
- It is ok to talk about your gambling. Our Community Support team are specially trained in Responsible Gambling, and there are a number of services available away from our site, including GamCare and BeGambleAware
- If the fun stops, stop
If your gambling affects your mood, if you are gambling in secret, or gambling is having any other detrimental effect on your lifestyle, livelihood or home/work life, you may have a gambling problem or seek advice on your gambling. Our Responsible Gambling tools are helpful to ensure you remain in control, but if you have identified a problem, it is best if you self-exclude using the GAMSTOP service.
If you need support for problem gambling, it is essential to talk to someone about this. Several organisations that we can recommend for help are:
You may also register your details with the GAMSTOP service to help prevent sign up, and access to the UK regulated gambling operators. This service is free and, where used correctly, highly efficient.
In addition to these organisations and options, you may also wish to use the GAMBAN content filter tool. If used in conjunction with other measures, this tool helps block your access to websites such as ours on multiple devices.
If you decide to Self-Exclude from our website, we will apply the same exclusion across our other brands and recommend that you also apply the same exclusion to any other account you may hold with other operators or where you may have access.
You must be at least 18 years old to play at Bingocams. We undertake regular checks to ensure that no person under the legal age is allowed access to any of our gaming services.
Provision of inaccurate or dishonest information about a players age will result in forfeiture of any winnings.
If you think a minor may have access to your computer, you may want to install Internet Filtering Software to prevent them from gambling online. This will provide the ability to block certain content and websites and set up passwords to prevent Bingocams from being available to underage players.
