At Bingocams we are committed to providing a fun and safe place to enjoy online bingo and casino games.
On this page you will find plenty of useful tools to keep control of your game play such as deposit limits, account closures and useful information but if you can’t find what you’re looking for, visit our live help team or drop us an email.
We understand that for a minority, gambling can cross the line from being a fun pastime to becoming a compulsive and destructive behaviour and that’s why we make it our priority to provide a safe environment with plenty of support on hand every step of the way.
We value the welfare of our customers and strive to ensure that all our players enjoy our games responsibly. We provide our players with the relevant information and self-protection options to assist them in making informed choices and playing within their limits. Please use our links for further details:
Identifying a Problem
Gambling should be treated as a pleasurable pastime and should NEVER be seen as a way to earn money. Whilst many people do gamble within their means, for others gambling can become difficult to control. To help you remain in control of your gambling, it’s good to remember;
- Keep track of your spending and maintain a budget
- Only use funds you can afford to lose (or are happy to use to gamble without resulting in unpaid bills or debts)
- Avoid chasing your losses
- To help manage your spending, add a deposit limit to your account
- You can always take a break. Simply contact our Customer Support team, or check out the “Account Closure” section of our site via “More Account Options” below
- It is ok to talk about your gambling. Our Customer Support team are specially trained in Responsible Gambling, and there are a number of services available away from our site, including GamCare and GambleAware
- If the fun stops, stop
If your gambling affects your mood, if you are gambling in secret or if gambling is having any other detrimental effect on your lifestyle, livelihood and/or home/work life, it is possible you may have a gambling problem, or may need to seek advice on managing your gambling. Our Customer Service team can offer more information on Responsible Gambling and how to manage your spending, and you can find information on other key features and tools available on site, as well as links to specific organisations who may be able to help, in the sections below.
If you are in need of support for problem gambling, it is important to talk to someone about this. Several organisations that we can recommend for help are:
You may also register your details with the GAMSTOP service in order to help prevent sign up and access to a large number of enrolled sites. This service is free and, where used correctly, highly efficient.
In addition to these organisations and options, you may also wish to use the GAMBAN content filter tool. Used in conjunction with other measures, this tool helps to block your access to websites such as ours on multiple devices.
If you decide to Self-Exclude from our website, we will apply the same exclusion across our other brands, and recommend that you also apply the same exclusion to any other account you may hold with other operators, or where you may have access.
We can display a periodic in-game notification informing you about your profit/loss over that time. This 'reality check' will suspend play and give you the option to continue playing or end your session.
Please note that the reality check interval is applied to individual gaming sessions rather than your log-in session. The timer will begin when a game is loaded and end when the game is closed.
To set a Reality Check for your account, please log in.
We offer Time Out periods of 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month or other reasonable time period up to a maximum of 6 weeks. During this time you will not be able to reopen or access your account and we will, through all methods available to us, endeavour to prevent you from playing via another account. A Time Out can be requested by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or via our Live Help service. Our Customer Service team will confirm when your chosen Time Out period is active.
To help you stay within your budget, we have various deposit limit options available. You can set a daily, a weekly or a monthly deposit limit to your account.
Our deposit limits work on a “rolling period” basis, for example if you have a £20 daily deposit limit and you make a deposit of £20 today at 10am, you will not be able to deposit again until tomorrow at 10am.
To apply a deposit limit, simply log in to your account and return to this page.
You can change your deposit limits at any time, reducing a deposit limit will apply immediately on your account but increasing or removing a deposit limit is subject to a 24 hour ‘cooling off’ period.
We want to be sure that you really want to increase your deposit limit so once the cool off period has expired you will need to return to this page to confirm the change in order for it to take effect.
If you would like to talk to someone about deposit limits or need help setting them up, pop across to our live help team or drop us an email.
At Bingocams, we offer exclusion periods from six (6) months up to permanent exclusion. If you apply a self-exclusion to your account, your account will be immediately suspended and you will not be able to login or play for the period requested. We will also take every step possible to ensure that any other accounts you hold across our brands will also be self-excluded within 24 hours.
Applying an exclusion on our website is a great first step, but we also advise that you visit GAMSTOP, the UK’s national online self-exclusion scheme, and register your details. Currently, the GAMSTOP portal includes a large number of online gambling websites, but at present not all. Therefore, we also recommend you request exclusion from any other website/operator to whom you have access.
If, after your exclusion has expired, you wish to reopen your account, you may request this by contacting our helpdesk. Reopening an excluded account is subject to a 24 hour cooling off period to allow you to consider whether you wish to continue and cancel the request before access is given. This request to reopen can only be made once an active exclusion on your account has expired, and will be subject to further review by our Operations team before reopening is completed. It is also worth noting that any request to reopen made whilst an exclusion is active will be rejected.
To apply a Self-Exclusion, simply log in to your account visit the Responsible Gambling page, or contact our support team at email@example.com
We also offer options to set wagering, loss and session limits to further ensure that you play within your limits. Please contact our helpdesk for more information.
Prevention of Underage Gambling
You must be at least 18 years old to play at Bingocams. We undertake regular checks in order to make sure that no person under the legal age is allowed access to any of our gaming services.
Provision of inaccurate or dishonest information about a players age will result in forfeiture of any winnings.
If you think a minor may have access to your computer, you may want to install Internet Filtering Software that helps prevent them from gambling online. This will provide the ability to block certain content and websites and set up passwords to prevent Bingocams being available to underage players.
The links below are recognised providers of this software as recommended by Internet Filter Review.
