Live Chat Hosts
Chat Hosts work for Bingocams to help ensure a fun, friendly atmosphere in our Bingo Rooms. They also stimulate conversation between players and throughout the room. Chat Hosts do not play any of our bingo games.
A Chat Host supervises the room chat, ensuring that all players abide by the Bingocams chat rules. Chat Hosts maintain the right to remove players from the game if they are breaking these rules or creating a negative atmosphere in the rooms.
Hosts are available: everyday between Midday and Midnight
Chat hosts can assist players with questions regarding the game and help new players get to grips with our Bingo Rooms. However, chat hosts do not have access to player’s accounts and therefore cannot answer account specific queries - these should be directed to our helpdesk.
